We make each batch of our brittle on the stove the old fashion way. Then each batch get poured out into 5 different pie pans to get it thinned out before cooling and breaking up for packaging. We offer two sizes, a 5 ounce size and a 9 ounce size. Each product has its own GS1 bar code that can be added to existing inventory numbers.
