The processing technique for making lampshades and stained glass windows by plumb welding appropriately shaped and cut colored glass tiles was invented by Luis Confort Tiffany at the end of the 19th century. This technique was then taken up by various Art Nouveau artisans and later to create subjects mainly inspired by nature such as flowers, butterflies, dragonflies and others. Today, ADM's creatives have created lamps with an absolutely contemporary taste using the same processing technique. It is an attempt to give new luster to a wonderful invention of high craftsmanship by taking it back to the 2000s and making it more suitable to be inserted in modern-day furniture and design contexts.
