Our stunning hawthorn leaf brooch is 5.2 cm (2.0”) tall and is attached with a metal clasp pin. Each brooch is packaged in a black presentation gift box and an organza pouch. Every Glover and Smith Hawthorn Leaf Brooch is handmade from polished, solid lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter) and completely nickel-free. Because our designs are all created in solid metal, the surface of your brooch will never flake like a silver plated brooch. To clean, simply wash with warm soapy water.
