price was about 3X more than quality warranted. I don't mind paying for quality, but there were loose threads, upside down labels and just mediocre fabric.

Not the best quality but not the worst either. Sizing runs a little small according to my customers and they haven't been thrilled with them but they weren't let down. Shipment speed is quick, products are packaged well, no issues with the clothing and I got exactly what I ordered. Zero ordering issues and great customer service response when they were out of the sizes I needed.
