This rapeseed oil is produced by Jacques, an organic farmer since 1997 in Occitania. Jacques uses and selects his own heirloom seeds. Sown at the end of summer, they are harvested in June the following year. The oil is then extracted in his mill: it's all his expertise that you will taste! We work hand in hand with Jacques to offer you a quality oil, with a strong environmental approach. These cold-extracted rapeseed seeds produce an oil rich in Omega 3, 6, and vitamin E.
