Presentation: The olive grove of Domaine Beauvence consists of 1,400 trees, planted in the 1990s, at an altitude of over 400 meters, which offers many advantages (cooling at night, fewer pests and diseases): planted on a hill in the middle of a forest of pines and green oaks, the plots are generally oriented 60% to the South and 40% to the North. The year 2023 was a magnificent year for the olives, which benefited from very good rains in May during the spring, right in the flowering period. The very high temperatures recorded afterward were managed by working the soil to allow moisture to penetrate the ground.
