Advised the items had been shipped with DHL on the Thursday however tracking showed that the shipment had been booked and not collected. Sent an email and reply was that they had missed the pick up on the Thursday as it was not ready on time so it was going to be collected on the Monday as Friday was a Bank Holiday. Requested to cancel the order but offered something worth 20 euros free of charge if I accepted the order. Agreed but nothing extra sent!
