How to make Maté ? 1. Fill the mug with maté leaves from 1/4th to up to 3/4th capacity. 2. Incline the mug so that the leaves are concentrated to one side of the mug. 3.Place the bombilla (filtering straw) in the space above the maté leaves. 4.Pour hot water (70-80°) and let infuse before sipping. 5.You can keep pouring in hot water while stirring the leaves to create more infusins on the go.
