Description
Organic white wine vinegar with a mild and fruity flavour. Ideal for use in marinades, sauces and vinaigrettes as well as great for pickling. Fontana Formiello white wine vinegar is made in Naples, in the south of Italy, through the fermentation and the ageing of selected organic Italian grapes. This vinegar is unpasteurised, unfiltered, with no added sulfites, and is rich in live enzymes making up the nutritious "mother". Packed in glass bottles with aluminium cap. Wine vinegar has a very old history in Italy where it has been prized since Roman times for its therapeutic properties and culinary uses.

What a disaster. First I tried to cancel the order after waiting several days for them to respond. They said that wouldn't be possible as it was already processed and waiting to be shipped. When my order finally got delivered (by Amazon Logistics) my order was damaged with several items (in glass jars) broken inside and several items missing. Only two-thirds of my order showed up. I had to wait a couple of days for the rest to arrive and when it did some more items were missing.
