At the time I purchased a good quantity of these for resale, there was no notice that these sticks are imported from somewhere in Asia and, being food, even dog food, require a special permit for the importer (that would be YOU!) to get released into the country to UPS - as well as customs fees (mine were $26 plus the cost and time of filling out the paperwork for UPS). Faire Customer Service was nice but useless in providing aid and once in transit they aren't easy to return- so customs limbo
