Communication was very poor. The owner knowingly sent the wrong sizes in items multiple times without any communication. I am still waiting on a refund for items I ordered and never received MONTHS ago. Owner evaded direct questions about shipping, what items she was sending, my refund etc. I have been a personal customer for years but will never order from this company again, personal or business. Very disappointed.
