Gluten free - Lactose free - Sauce made with "Pecorino Romano D.O.P." and pepper, following an ancient recipe from central Italy. Excellent for seasoning pasta or rice dishes. It is excellent when used in the preparation of chicken dishes and in the creation of finger food. Usage: Ideal with spaghetti, the cacio e pepe is ready to be poured directly onto freshly drained pasta. It is recommended to mix well before use. For an even creamier consistency, heat the sauce over low heat and mix with pasta cooking water. Also try it on crostoni.
