Description
Species: Papilio lorquinianus Common Name: Sea Green Swallowtail Origin: Indonesia Size: 5"x7" Black Shadow Box Frame The Sea green swallowtail is a majestic butterfly with bright blue- or turquoise-coloured wings. They are found in a group of islands in eastern Indonesia between Celebes and New Guinea. The colour of the butterfly is sometime so beautiful it will remind you, of the peaceful turquoise coasts, of the paradise islands. Also called Papilio lorquinianus, in honour of the French naturalist Pierre Joseph Michel Lorquin, who collected and catalogued butterflies all around the world during the 1800's. Loved by many of our customers, the Sea green swallowtail is not to be missed.

The items are stunning. They came faster than I expected. We had a couple that arrived damaged through no fault of the seller. They promptly rectified the situation. Will buy from again.
