Our family olive groves are located in the northeast of Portugal, in the Douro Valley. This olive oil comes from our exceptional harvests. It is produced from the four emblematic varieties of the region: Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal, Cordovil. Harvested early in the season, the olives produce a powerful and vegetal oil. It reveals a pronounced freshness with very herbaceous flavors, with notes of raw artichoke, reflecting the freshness of the green olives.
