In 2012, we opened our restaurant in San Gabriel, initially sourcing chili oil from distributors. Dissatisfied with the flavor, we crafted our own, starting with basic ingredients and refining it over a decade. Through collaboration and experimentation, we created a versatile chili oil beloved by customers. From ice cream to cocktails, it pairs well with anything.
