It matures in our natural dryers and is cured at a height of more than 1,200 meters. These give our sausages that characteristic flavor that makes the difference. This is a slow process. Intense aroma, fleshy and juicy texture with a perfect hint of black pepper and other spices. Very tasty. It contains whole pistachios to be seen in the cut and others chopped to spread the flavor through the meat. The ideal would be to keep the selected sausage between 12 and 14 ºC. Once it has been started, we recommend that it be kept in the refrigerator. And, of course, we recommend taking the product out of the cold one day in advance before consumption. It can be enjoyed: it can be tasted on a sandwich or skewer, or accompanied by other sausages. (we recommend removing the bottle one hour before consumption) Approximate weight: 200-220 gr.
