Roasting this coffee fills us with pride as it comes from our farm in Altos del Colorado, Panama. Adjacent to the rainforest, coffee trees grow at high altitudes and in terrain with very sloping slopes. The production, cultivation and harvesting of coffee is carried out with the help of several indigenous families of the Ngobe ethnic group who live on the farm. Panama is known for growing very sweet and aromatic coffees due to its unique microclimate and the height of its fertile soils.
