Anyone that knows me well knows that I love Barbados. The cuisine, the lifestyle, and just everything about the island. So much so, that my first visit there inspired me to eventually start this business. My new Bajan Style hot sauce is my true homage to the pepper sauces enjoyed so commonly on the island. This sauce is mustardy, set ablaze by scorching hot aged Scotch Bonnet peppers, and complimented by flavours of fresh turmeric root, fresh radish, and sweet bell pepper. In my opinion this is the ultimate condiment for almost any dish. Once you try it, you will be hooked.
