This is a creamy bar with a gentle lather and rich, moisturizing ingredients! These bars are crafted from organic ingredients. (It is NOT coal tar!) It has been used traditionally in woodworking to help protect wood, and medicinally—externally— for skin. Pine tar contains constituents from the pine resin. Resins are the lifeblood of the tree, and they “bleed” when the tree is injured, as a way to protect and heal the wood. Those same properties apply when used on the skin!
