This is a seasonal collaboration with some of our farmer friends here in Richmond, VA. This hot pepper jelly is made from a gorgeous variety of organically-grown Cayenne, Aji Dolce, and Carmen peppers. We add apple cider vinegar and sugar until it's sweet, but still tart; and we thicken with vegan pectin. Spoon over cream cheese on crackers. Top grilled meats or pizza. Dip your spring rolls.
