The FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certifies that the tissue paper has been sourced and manufactured responsibly and sustainably - and, the acid free paper is also lignin- and sulfur-free, meaning that the ink won’t transfer from the tissue and the paper won’t leave behind any of these chemicals when decomposing. The inks used are soy based, an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based inks. Soybeans are also a renewable resource. Comes packaged and prefolded in a transparent compostable bag.
