Celebrate the festive season with a delicious cup of mulled wine. Whether it’s cosy nights in, or getting festive with friends, whipping up a batch of spiced mulled wine has never been easier! 1-2 tablespoons of our Mulled Wine Spice Mix (depending on how spiced you like the end result to be) will transform a bottle of red wine into a delicious warming drink! One packet of mulled wine/gluhwein spice makes approximately 2 to 3 litres of mulled wine. Contents: Star anise, cloves, sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, dehydrated orange slices, ceylon cinnamon bark, aniseed. Recommended: We recommend 1-2 tablespoons of mulled wine mix per bottle of red wine. Combine the mix, desired amount of demerara sugar, and wine in a pot. Warm over low heat for approx. 30 mins, stirring occasionally (do not boil). Strain, pour & enjoy a delicious festive drink!
