Innovative, delicious & new Authentic gumbo: ready in just 25 minutes, serves 4 – 5 Seasoned with ragin’ cajun original seasoning. Stovetop cooking instructions: Chicken & sausage gumbo directions. Cut up 2 lbs of chicken and 1 lb of smoked sausage, brown and combine with 2 quarts of water or chicken stock in a 4 quart pot. Add ragin’ cajun authentic gumbo mix and stir well. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for approximately 25 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy. Seafood gumbo directions. Combine 2 lbs of seafood (oysters and crab meat should be added during the last 10 minutes of cooking.), 2 quarts of water and ragin’ cajun authentic gumbo mix in a 4 quart pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for approximately 25 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy.
