It provides a magnificent plum/purple hue. The quantity will vary according to the color desired. Elderberry food flavor. To flavor your preparations: confectionery, ice/sorbet, pastry (dessert creams, mousses, cake,...) or in the kitchen (sauces, creams, soups,...). Also perfect for all drinks: juice, lemonade, beer, kefir, Kambucha,... Dosage (indicative) 0.5 to 10% of the preparation depending on color and/or taste desired (i.e. between 5 g and 10 g per kg/l).
