I absolutely love there products and was so amazed on the fast shipping on my first orders. On this specific order my shipping date was changed 3 times. I did send them a message to get un update and never heard back. I understand if you are running behind but communication to your customers is key. I just placed another order last night, as I sold out on products. Hopefully it gets here soon!
