These glasses are super cute! However, 4 of them were shattered upon arrival, and tons of tiny glass shards were all inside the box. I had to wear heavy gloves and it took me an hour to safely pick through the rest of the order. They were not properly case packed, just stacked on top of each other with in a box with bubble wrap around the sides of glass but nothing protecting the ends. It was so frustrating that I will not be reordering. I hope seller will properly case pack in future.

While communication with the brand was okay, their repeated delays for shipping the cups made them arrive so late I had them on the shelves less than 1 week before Christmas. And they are specifically Christmas items. So now they just sit in storage for an entire year until it’s time to put them out again for shoppers. Quite disappointing. The cup quality is great though. The packaging needs help - bubble wrap barely fit the cut and the boxes were mixed and all unlabeled.
