We produce our crushed olives, harvested wisely by hand and according to the Calabrian tradition. We only use selected and high-quality raw materials but above all we do not use any type of preservative, coloring agent, or other ingredient that is not natural. Our olives are firm and crunchy, ideal for an appetizer or to eat throughout the meal, also ideal as a snack or aperitif.
