This new liqueur emerged from a reflection on a creation this time based on strength. The goal was to revisit our first recipe by starting with a maceration in 96% alcohol instead of 40%, ending with an alcohol content of 62%, which gives it its name V.V. 62. It was important to increase the amount of sugar to balance the strength brought by the alcohol content by doubling the quantity of the initial recipe. Its color is completely different because maceration at over 90% allows the green color of the verbena to be preserved. Its uniqueness is also found in its format, smaller (20cl), more original, and in line with the elixir status we give to this liqueur. The V.V. 62, with its strength, aromatic profile, and digestive powers, is a true after-dinner liqueur that can also electrify cocktails or aperitif long drinks.
