The deliveries arrive reliably, and if something is not right, which can happen, the support responds quickly and courteously. Why not 5 stars: The shipping time is sometimes a bit long, which makes planning cumbersome. Individual scents are sometimes taken out of the range a bit quickly or are not available, which in turn means effort and causes uncertainty for the customer. All in all, however, great products and highly recommended :)
