The BABA’ "Bontà di Pula" are made by our master pastry chefs according to the oldest tradition and are soaked with typical Sardinian liqueurs made from local raw materials. The BABA’ all’Arangiu is soaked with orange liqueur from Sarrabus, a region in Southeastern Sardinia known for producing high-quality citrus fruits. Thanks to the jar cooking technique, the BABA’ remains soft and retains all the aromas and flavors as if freshly made.
