To discover the HERIO spirit and awaken your kitchen, start with our discovery box "The 3 salts of Noirmoutier". You will find the 3 products from our range: * 1 box of coarse salt for preparation (600g) - To be used for cooking water, long cooking (soup, broths, cooking in a pot, stews). * 1 salt shaker of fine salt for seasoning (250g) - To be used everywhere, to salt your dishes throughout cooking. * 1 jar of fleur de sel to enhance (125g) - The final touch, to be used on the plate by spreading a few crystals to give depth to the flavors. Contains exclusively gray table sea salt from Noirmoutier, harvested in an artisanal and traditional manner on the family salt marsh of the island. The (refillable) boxes are made of aluminum, a 100% recyclable material that perfectly resists salt corrosion.
