This was our second order from this brand, and we had shipping issues the first time as well. They came much later than expected, this order even more so. Our estimated delivery time both instances came and went. Reaching out directly through messages both times didn't work, and we needed to use Faire support to get through to them. The products themselves aren't bad, I honestly love how sturdy the bookmarks are, but the wait time/communication is lacking.

I love the items I purchased from this shop. The bookmarks are fantastic quality (thick but not overbearing), and the sticker is great quality! It is also bigger than I imagined which is a plus. Will definitely order from here again!
