PROCESS Melanie begins each greeting card design by creating multiple solid color gouache paintings, which are then digitally captured. She then uses a digital process to cut and collages pieces of the paintings together to create unique designs. After the design process is finished, the files are sent over to our local printing partner here in Madison, Wisconsin. Each card is printed in full color with care. The final step is adding an envelope and hand packaging each card into a cellophane sleeve.
