Fruit of the tree belonging to the Rosaceae family and to the genus Eriobotrya. From the decoction of ripe fruits with watery pulp and from the infusion of their kernels (seeds), we obtain a delicate rosewood with an unmistakable refreshing flavor. We select the fruiting of the best cultivated trees in Puglia and other regions with a mild climate such as Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily.
