65% sugar syrup based on Piedmontese Peppermint and barley essential oil. Very fragrant, intense and persistent, with notes of mint and bitter almond, but does not contain almonds. Diluted with ice water (1 part of syrup + 5 of water) it is an excellent thirst-quenching drink. Mixed with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, it is a delicious and versatile cocktail base. Perfect for preparing sorbets, granitas, ice cream, popsicles and as a topping. It is advisable to store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sun rays. Under such conditions, the product has a shelf life of 60 months.
