St. Nicholas is probably one of the most famous Saints here in the US! But what do we really know about him, and how he became associate with the jolly man who brings us our Christmas present every year? I was inspired by the Dutch holiday of St. Nicholas dayThis card features a folk art inspired lino cut block print that I carved by hand. It was then letterpressed on a 1953 Heidelberg windmill letter press, right here in Everett, WA! I then scanned the print and made these darling Christmas cards. The back has a very brief history of St. Nicholas.....the more you know, right? Set of 6 cards, blank on this inside, with a matching white envelope. They are printed on 100# cover stock and sealed in plastic.
