This sweet and creamy garrigue honey delivers gourmet and warm aromas of candied fruits and apricot. It is an organic honey that traces the journey of the foragers from my Vaucluse apiary during the 2022 season. It is a skillful blend of spring honey composed of oak honeydew, as well as a summer lavender honey. A variety of other flowers from the Provençal garrigue, such as pistachio, thyme, and maple, complete this terroir. Usage: this versatile honey is used in cooking because it has a light taste. It is notably used to make the famous Montélimar white nougat. It pairs perfectly: on cheese platters, for breakfast on toast, or to sweeten a hot drink.
