Giant green olives in seawater, also called “Bella di Cerignola” olives, are the largest table olives in the world. They take their name “Bella di Cerignola” from their historical origin, being cultivated even today, for the most part, in a small area of the province of Foggia, concentrated in the municipality of Cerignola (province of Foggia), from which the name derives. Just the area where our company is located, in the capitanata table, in Puglia. These types of olives, in fact gigantic, have an oval shape and are very pulpy, fleshy and tasty, excellent to accompany appetizers or as a delicious snack. Natural fermentation with salt. Purified seawater is obtained from a patented process that leaves its nutritional properties unchanged: seawater is rich in minerals and trace elements; at the same weight, it has an amount of sodium about forty times lower than common table salt.
