We use environmentally friendly, fungus-resistant grape varieties for our organic Secco, significantly reducing CO2 and up to 80% in plant protection. We promote biodiversity and offer fair compensation to the winemakers in our collective, assisting them in transitioning to organic Piwi viticulture. Johanniter, Sauvignac, and Cabernet Blanc make the NOU-Secco simply exciting. Somehow it reminds one of salted caramel and at the same time of vineyard peach and juicy pears. Simply cheerful and delicious. Finally, a dry Secco that is invigorating and uplifting!
