Hello Nicolle, thank you for your feedback! All of our listing photos are taken from the actual heart pillow. The only thing that changes during shipping is that we vacuum-pack them, which should not change the shape of the heart. Could you please send me a quick photo of the ones you received? I want to see what’s going on and fix it for you. If it’s not bouncing back properly, we’ll make it right with a replacement or return/refund.
