The winery's first ECO red wine. It is made with grapes from privileged garnachas between 50 and 112 years old, planted almost 900 m high on granite sand and rock soils, cultivated with their own natural, ecological and biodynamic seal. The mineral character of the vineyards is softened by their aging in oak barrels treated plot by plot. After resting in the bottle, Initio reflects more clearly the character of this particular grape, mineral, deep and with tasty tannins, undoubtedly the heart of the winery.
