While the products are super lovely, we are so disappointed that having tried to order twice from this brand, both times have resulted in smashed parcels not making it to us or arriving in pieces. The glass bottle items are shipped with no padding and therefore break in the care of the shipping partners. We tried to sort this directly with the brand but this has just resulted in us not receiving the full order we paid for. Really disappointed and wont be ordering again.
