One of my items arrived damaged. I asked the shop to replace it and it appears that they put in a "dummy order" for it and waited until the window to report damaged items was up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!! I now have to go thru my CC company to get my money back.

I receive lamps for Europe. The converters sent did not work and they were the wrong color. I purchased my own black converters from Amazon hoping to solve the problem- it didn’t! So frustrated. Good communication at the very beginning …. Then crickets!
