For Red Shrimp, our EVO 501 Altitudo is “a medium fruity fruit, rich in aromas and enveloping.” Balanced and harmonious, rich in antioxidants and vitamin E, it is extracted cold within a few hours after the olive harvest of 501 centuries-old trees of the Itrana cultivar, cultivated on terraced land in the most inaccessible areas of the Colline Pontine DOP area.
