When the products arrived, the beads appeared nothing like tourmaline beads as I know them, and I confronted Ethike - they insisted it is natural tourmaline. I am working with raw black tourmaline on a daily basis and know the structure of tourmaline and how it breaks apart more well than any other mineral. These tourmaline beads break into glass shards, not rocky sand. Furthermore, one bracelet arrived with a damaged string. Ethike totally ignored my request for a refund for a damaged item.
