Wholesale Sugar Kelp (Sweet Kombu) 25g

Dried and crushed organic sugar kelp from Lofoten. Sugar kelp is similar to sweet kombu, and is naturally high in iodine, with a hearty, mineral flavour. The balance of salt and sweet flavours make this a great addition to stocks and slow cooked meats – adding just one piece to your pot will infuse it with flavour and nutrition. Shelf life: 5 years from date of production. Often good after. Storage: Room temperature and dry.
