Placed an order May 31 & after a few weeks I never heard if the order had shipped or not. Messaged brand & no response. Another few weeks pass. Messaged brand again. Still nothing. A couple more weeks pass & I message Faire. All they can do is reach out to the brand on my behalf. They reach out to the brand. Crickets. FINALLY almost two months later, the brand messages me to say they “got busy” & will be “shipping today.” A few days later they finally shipped. Maybe they forgot they have a biz?
