HO.RE.CA. 100% Sicilian orange jam, grown in the Trapani hills, free of preservatives and thickeners. Our jam is prepared following the classic recipe handed down to us by our grandparents: orange pulp and peel, sugar and lemon juice. We only use oranges of varieties: Brasiliano and Navel. 1. Processing: The oranges are picked by hand, washed, peeled and cut. Then they are cooked in a pot with the addition of sugar and lemon juice for a couple of hours. 2. Net weight: 500 grams 3. Storage times and methods: 24 months from the date of production. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Ingredients: Orange pulp (80%), sugar, orange peel, lemon juice.
