Our white beer is presented as a refreshing and very thirst-quenching beer. Food pairings: raw vegetables, spicy dishes, fruit salad. Brewed with candied lemons, it is slightly tart. To make it, we decided to break down the classic white beer. To start with, of course, we preserved wheat, a key marker that makes for a silky and pleasant beer to drink. The decision was to replace the bitter orange peels, used in Belgium, with candied lemons. This combination gives this beer a very refreshing side and a slight acidity.
