A duck strays from its group, and the adventure begins. It climbs into a truck, arrives at a crossroads, and meets a canary. The companions pass through a carnival, take a ride on a carousel, and then a comrade joins them – a comrade, really? – who stuffs the duck into his satchel and prepares a pot... This story, with the appearance of a picture book, leaves it to the reader to decode the images, draw conclusions, and create the missing episodes. In doing so, it invites them to move from the role of image reader to that of image creator.
